At Revive Therapeutic Services, I assist in community outreach to establish new relationships and connections between patients and doctors within the Rhode Island area. Revive Therapeutic Service is a therapeutic group based in Providence that specializes in telehealth and in person appointments for anxiety, stress, ADHD, depression, insomnia and bipolar all of which can affect students and people of all ages. My current position oversees client research for practices within the area in which we can make a large impact on the mental health situation within the state.
Currently, we are hosting an event at URI on April 15th in connection with my capstone project, of having a pong outreach game in which student play pong and learn about mental health.

Sports Media Inc- Public Relations Intern

At Sports Media Inc., I played an active role in researching and producing engaging sports press releases designed to reach a broad audience. I conducted an in-depth analysis of current events throughout the sports world in order to identify relevant stories and emerging trends to ensure timely and impactful communication.
A key responsibility within my role was writing and distributing press releases multiple times per week to announce company news, highlight major sports developments, and maintain audience engagement. Through this work, I developed strong skills in crafting clear, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences. These press releases saw me targeting large entertainment businesses like NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB to ensure that majority of readers would be interested,
Additionally, I analyzed media coverage to identify best practices and opportunities for growth, while collaborating with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent branding and storytelling across all social media content. This experience strengthened my ability to combine research, storytelling, and strategic communication to effectively inform and engage audiences.

Lowes Home Improvement- Customer Service/ Sales Assicoate

In my role at Lowes Home Improvement, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills by engaging consistency with customers to help understand their needs and tailor the most effective product recommendations. Through translation of customer inquiries into effective solutions, I enhance the customer's experience while contributing sales growth in a strategic upselling and persuasive communication.
My role saw me supported in store operations by managing inventory to ensure products were presented in a way that aligned with brand standards and encouraged customers to engage. My ability to connect with customers and represent the brand effectively was recognized through six Lowe’s Service Star Awards provided for service excellence and impact on store performance. Additionally, I earned certifications on multiple pieces of equipment to allow me to contribute more effectively to store operations and team collaboration in a fast paced environment.

Ryan Center- Operations Supervisor

As my role as an Operations Supervisor at the Ryan Center, I supported the execution of athletic and entertainment events by ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees. This 7,500 seat multi-purpose venue was crucial in coordinating event setup and breakdown, helping align the physical environment of the stadium with event branding, audience expectations, and presentation standards.
Through this work, I gained valuable insight into audience engagement, live event communication, and how operation decisions impact brand perception. I also identified and resolved real time operational challenges within the stadium which strengthened my ability to think strategically, communicate effectively under pressure and contribute to a cohesive event experience that reflects the organization's goals.
